1. No Refund Policy

Ticcsy operates under a strict no refund policy. Once a purchase is made, whether it is a subscription, credit top-up, or any other paid service, it is final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

1.1 What This Means

• Subscriptions: All subscription payments are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
• Credits: Purchased credits (AutoDM credits, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits remain valid and usable while your account is active.
• Add-ons & Features: Any additional features or services purchased are non-refundable and will remain accessible for their validity period.

1.2 Services Continue Until Validity

All purchased items and services will continue to work and be accessible until their validity period expires. When you purchase:

• A monthly subscription - it remains active for the full month
• An annual subscription - it remains active for the full year
• Credits - they remain usable while your account is active

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your account dashboard at Settings → Subscription → Manage
• Emailing us at [email protected]

2.2 What Happens When You Cancel

• No Further Charges: Your payment method will not be charged for future billing cycles
• Access Until Expiry: You retain access to all premium features until the end of your current paid billing period
• No Refund: You will not receive any refund for the remaining days in your billing period
• Automatic Downgrade: After your billing period ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free tier

3. Free Trial

Ticcsy offers a 14-day free trial for new users:

• No payment information is required to start the trial
• You get full access to premium features during the trial period
• After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan
• If you don't subscribe, your account remains on the Free tier
• No charges are made unless you actively choose to subscribe

4. Creator Payouts

For creators receiving payouts from donations, affiliate sales, or other earnings:

• Payouts once processed are final and non-reversible
• Failed payouts due to incorrect bank details will be retried after correction
• Fraudulent activity may result in payout withholding and permanent account termination
• All payouts are subject to applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per law

5. Account Termination

In case of account termination due to violation of Terms of Service or fraudulent activity:

• No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period
• All unused credits will be forfeited
• Pending payouts may be withheld pending investigation
• Access to all services will be immediately revoked

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an unauthorized charge on your account:

2. Provide transaction details and any relevant information
3. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days

Note: Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the platform.
